After dealing with a couple of other companies for a new ducted system, which just didnt seem to feel right, was a breath of fresh air to have an initial phone conversation, given up front fixed pricing on different options, no hidden extras, at a better price than all the rest,followed by a site visit to confirm actual prices.
The team rocked up on time, looked the part in the company gear, got stuck straight into the job, all the team where polite & courteous at all times, tidied up as they went, explained the system to me, let me know if there's any issues just to get in touch.

These guys have left our job incomplete, uncertified and knowingly billed us for work that they haven't done which I will now need to get another electrician to do.
After multiple hiccups and mistakes they finally agreed to come back and fix up the outstanding work. Unfortunately, all they did was fix up a couple of things and box off all the hanging, energised cables they had left previously after we raised this as a huge safety issue.
Their excuse? They found my 5ft 8, pregnant wife to cause the team to ''feel unsafe or subject to undue pressure''
Despite glaringly obvious mistakes made throughout the project, at no point was any responsibility taken by any of the team, instead they deflect the blame onto my wife - truly unbelievable.

I had a problem with the safety switch cutting power in half of my house. LCMB sent Nathan to see why this was occurring. After he left, the problem started again and I contacted him. Nathan texted me at 7.30 at night and came over and the problem was rectified. That's service!
So grateful for these guys who came to fix my power on Monday. It was only a couple of days after the cyclone hit and they came out the same day I called. They found out what was tripping my safety switch, fixed it on the spot and I got power back to my house.
Harry from LCMB did a great job installing a ceiling fan & lcd lights in the ceiling of a 2 storey house. Other electricians said it was impossible. A small problem arose, and he sorted it out no problems. As a Google guide with 647 reviews & 28mill photo views, I can highly recommend this company
Rang LCMB Electrical & Air Conditioning yesterday afternoon Thurs 6.3.25-(not good timing with the Cyclone conditions!). Was relieved they sent a technician within 30mins to assess water damage live wiring causing the meter box to trip. Harry was excellent & went above & beyond to ensure we were safe, siliconing up a gap & gave us some good advice. Kind, clean, tidy, neat & efficient. Thank you SO much for your help!

Harry and Mack arrived on time this morning after I received a text from the office that they were on route. Both Harry and Mack were personable and good communicators. The installation of 5 fans and 5 smoke alarms was completed efficiently and very cleanly. I am thoroughly impressed with the standard of work and the manner of both of the young men.
